Your photos, treated properly
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
On this page
1. Our privacy commitment
We collect only what we need to create and deliver your personalised calendar, protect the preview service and support you.
2. Information we collect
This may include names, email address, delivery address, order information, your uploaded photograph, generated images, support messages, browser and device identifiers, your IP address and approximate location (city and country), the page or ad that referred you, and the steps you complete in our preview flow — used for fraud prevention, preview limits and improving our service — and Shopify payment confirmation. We do not receive or store complete card details.
3. How we use information
We use it to create previews and calendars, send required emails, process and fulfil orders, review quality, arrange printing and delivery, provide the digital pack and support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
4. Emails and consent
The preview email and essential order emails are part of the service you request. We send the optional 24-hour preview reminder only when you consent, and it includes an unsubscribe link. Permission to use an order in advertising is separate, off by default and recorded with its date and source.
5. Photographs and automated processing
Photographs are processed using automated image-generation services and reviewed by authorised people. We do not use your photographs to train models. We do not use them in advertising without separate, express permission.
6. How long we keep files
For a paid order, active photographs, generated artwork, previews, print files and the digital pack are deleted seven days after the order is marked shipped. An open support claim can place those files on hold until resolved. Unpurchased preview files are deleted after 30 days. Limited backups may persist briefly through routine rotation. Financial and transaction records are retained where law requires.
7. Providers and disclosure
We share only necessary information with providers supporting hosting and storage, Google image processing, Shopify payments and orders, Gelato and delivery carriers, and transactional email. We may also disclose information where required by law.
8. Overseas processing
Some providers may process information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps, appropriate to the service and Australian privacy requirements, to ensure information remains protected.
9. Cookies and analytics
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API on mypartnerincrime.com.au to measure page visits and actions, assess advertising effectiveness and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta receives browser identifiers, page paths, actions, IP address and browser information. We do not send your preview email, names or customer ID to the pixel or our server advertising events.
Meta offers advanced matching using hashed identifiers (sometimes described as encrypted data). Hashing is not anonymisation. We do not manually enable email matching, and automatic form matching is disabled in our installation; any future sharing of matching identifiers requires separate explicit advertising consent.
In regions requiring consent, advertising tracking is blocked until you accept. Elsewhere, including Australia, ordinary tracking is enabled unless you reject it or use a supported browser privacy opt-out. Use Cookie settings on this site at any time to reject or withdraw; the latest choice applies immediately across open tabs. Choices, dates and the notice version are saved in your browser, with earlier acceptance retained when you withdraw. You can also manage advertising preferences in your Meta account.
We may use essential browser storage, cookies and limited analytics to operate the site, remember progress, measure performance and enforce preview limits. Technical identifiers used for limits are protected and are not complete payment information.
10. Security
Customer media is stored privately. Access is restricted, download links are signed or token-protected, and owner tools require private server-side access. No internet service is risk-free, but we use reasonable safeguards.
11. Access, correction and deletion
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold, or request deletion where we are not legally required to retain it. Reply to an email from your preview or order so we can verify and locate the request.
12. Children
The service is for adults. Do not upload photographs of anyone under 18.
13. Complaints
Contact us first so we can investigate. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will show the current update date above. For a privacy request, reply to your preview or order email, or follow the instructions on our Contact page.
