These terms apply when you use our website, upload a photograph, request a preview or buy a calendar.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. What we sell
We make personalised A3 2027 wall calendars for couples. Each made-to-order calendar includes a cover, twelve monthly cinematic scenes and a digital pack containing the thirteen artwork images.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18. By requesting a preview or placing an order, you confirm your details are accurate and that both people shown in the uploaded photograph have given permission for this use.
3. Photos you upload
You keep all rights you hold in your photograph. You grant us a limited licence to use it only to create and send previews, create and review your calendar, print and deliver it, provide support, and remake it where needed. We do not sell your photographs or use them in advertising without separate, express permission.
4. Photo quality
Upload one photograph of the two of you together, with both faces visible and facing the camera, in good light, without sunglasses, hats covering the face or strong filters. An unsuitable photograph may affect the result, without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Free preview
Before payment, we create a personalised cover only. Your twelve monthly scenes are created after you order. An email address is required so we can send your preview link and privately restore it. Free previews are unlimited by default; we may apply protective limits or pause requests to prevent misuse.
6. Artistic variation
The scenes are stylised, cinematic and sometimes humorous. Clothing, pose, setting, hairstyle, lighting and physical details may vary. We aim for recognisable likeness rather than an exact copy. A person reviews every image before printing.
7. Parody and trade marks
Our original compositions pay affectionate tribute to broad genres. They are not connected with, sponsored by or endorsed by any studio, film, character or rights holder.
8. Orders, changes and cancellation
Production may begin shortly after payment. Contact us promptly if something needs correcting or you wish to cancel. If production has not started, we will reasonably try to make the change. Personalised orders already in production are subject to our Refunds & Quality policy and Australian Consumer Law.
9. Your details
Check the couple’s names, email, delivery address, postcode, apartment or unit information and quantity before ordering. Tell us quickly if anything is wrong.
10. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shopify processes payment. We do not store complete card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.
11. Our providers
We may use service providers for hosting, image creation, payment, printing, email and delivery, and those providers may change. My Partner In Crime remains your point of contact for the order.
12. Delivery
Tracked shipping is free within Australia. The current estimated delivery period is 2–7 business days. Estimates are not guarantees and delays can occur for reasons outside our reasonable control.
13. Digital pack
Your private pack contains the cover and twelve scene images as high-quality JPEG files, without calendar grids. You may download, save, share with family and friends, and post them on personal social accounts. You may not resell them, use them commercially or use them to make competing products. Download promptly: the link and files expire seven days after shipping unless support places the files on hold.
14. Our intellectual property
Our name, logo, templates, calendar design, written content and brand remain ours or our licensors’ property. Your limited personal licence to the delivered artwork is set out above.
15. Prohibited use
You must not upload photographs without permission, photographs of minors, illegal or abusive material, or use the service for impersonation, harassment or unlawful conduct. We may refuse or cancel an order. If we cancel for reasons not caused by you, we will refund the affected amount.
16. General terms
Our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Quality policy form part of these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited only where the law allows. We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control. We may update these terms for future use and orders. Australian federal law and the applicable law of the Australian state or territory with the closest connection to the transaction govern these terms.
